The location and cleanliness were good. The pillows were terrible, very soft, and both my wife and I left with neck pain, otherwise everything was fine.

I left one of my bags in my room after checking out this morning. The morning receptionist was very helpful in retrieving my bag and reassuring me that they had it. They also kindly booked a cab to take me to the bus station so I could still catch my bus on time. These kind gestures were greatly appreciated.
