“Can’t wait to go back to this amazing place”
The lodge was absolutely stunning, and our room offered an incredible view that left us speechless. We couldn’t have asked for anything better. They provided two game drives each day, which added an extra special touch to the trip. Our guide, December, was fantastic and truly made the safari unforgettable. We absolutely loved the place and will definitely return! The only downside was that breakfast was mostly an English breakfast; a wider variety of options would have been great, especially for guests who prefer a sweeter start.

I fell in love with this charming little gem, thanks to its stunning location on the banks of the crocodile river and the warm hospitality of the staff. However, my stay was slightly dampened by the need for a general update in terms of maintenance and decor. To truly live up to its potential, the resort needs to pay closer attention to the finer details, such as cleanliness.

Perfectly placed with an amazing view of the crocodile river from our room and all the hotel’s common areas (hippos, crocs, elephants just a few metres away). Connecting double rooms for the family were very well equipped and comfortable. The restaurant served high‑quality, varied food. Service and staff were outstanding! The game drive in the reserve was great, with December our ranger being absolutely delightful. Would definitely do it again. No complaints.

However, my experience was somewhat marred by the subpar condition of the rooms, which were outdated and in dire need of renovation. The bed was also extremely uncomfortable, and the pillows reeked of stale sweat. Despite these issues, the food was delicious, and the game drives were truly exceptional.
