It was worth the money just to shower, sleep, and leave. The dogs barked all night and there was a railway behind.

I was greeted by the attentive and helpful staff at this hostel in a passing village, and they suggested a nearby restaurant that was lovely, served good food, and had reasonable prices. Nothing else stood out.

The room was fine and the bed comfortable, and I was the only one in the entire hostel. Even though I arrived at the exact address, it didn’t feel like a hostel; a sign would have been welcome. They still have work to do and finishing touches (they opened last year, I understand), small details that make a difference.

Everything was great, it’s close to the train station, the rooms are spacious and clean, and there are cute dogs and bunnies around the house. The host is very welcoming and responds quickly. The only downside is that you have to wait a little for the hot water to heat up, but that’s fine.
