The staff were friendly, but the toilet seat was broken and a cigarette smell lingered in the washroom and throughout the property. The washroom exhaust fan wasn’t working, the balcony door wouldn’t lock, and the room was smaller than the pictures showed. Bedsheets were stained with small hairs, blankets smelled bad, there was no dustbin in the washroom, no toilet paper provided, and no complimentary sugar or tea sachets.

The location of this hotel is spot on, but that's about all I can say. Everything else was fine, no major complaints - it was just a solid, uneventful stay.

This place is a total mess - the location is awful, the cleaning is subpar, and the heater doesn't work. Overall, it's the worst hotel I've ever stayed at, with problems everywhere. Definitely wouldn't recommend.

The staff here are super chill and don't seem to fuss about much. It's very low maintenance, which is nice, but I guess that's about it - no complaints, no praises, just a pretty meh experience.
