The staff were great, and that’s all there was to say.

Excellent stay for 7 nights while discovering Tokyo. The twin bed room was really small but sufficient with 2 double beds for a family with 2 kids of 9 + 16. A bit fiddling although to stash your luggage. The bedding was of an exceptionally good quality. Furthermore it was complete with fridge, watercooker, clean bathroom and separate toilet. Excellent waterpressure. Always friendly and professional personnel. Tip, pay a bit more for a family suite which has a sofa and plenty more space! Around, Kamata Metro Station is a 2 minute walk. From here it's easy going to Shinagawa hubstation. Many really many shops around. 7 storey Donki Quijote is right next to metrostation. 👌😎 Although a small room, the price/quality level was still excellent

It’s right next to Kamata train station, so you can reach any part of Tokyo from there.

The location was great, the shower was roomy, and the beds were comfy. The room smelled oddly like urine with mildew, and the single curtain didn’t block the sun at all, making it hard to sleep after sunrise. The space was tight—no room to open luggage or a wardrobe, and the mini‑fridge was tiny, couldn’t fit anything, and didn’t make ice.
