Do not be misled by the word “Suites” in the name — this place is absolutely NOT a suite and nowhere near acceptable accommodation. I arrived around 11:00 PM after a 23-hour flight from Europe. When I arrived, one person (not even in uniform) took me to the room. The moment I entered, the smell was unbearable (photos & videos documented) - FUNGUS EVERYWHERE — even large BLACK mold GROWTH on the wall, small ones and one around 1.5 cm, like small tree. -Extremely strong mold smell throughout the room. Bathroom smelled horrible, with clear water leakage stains on the walls. -The entire room felt unsafe and unhealthy to stay in. THIS IS NOT A STANDARD WHERE A HUMAN SHOULD LIVE, so I refused the room and asked for another one. The staff told me all rooms were full and that was the only one available. I decided I could not stay in such conditions and went downstairs to wait for a taxi. While waiting, the staff member came back and said he could show me another room, but it was “not ready/clean yet” and asked me to wait 30 minutes while they prepared it. I asked to see the room first. The second room was even worse. We immediately saw two small COCKROACHES on the floor, which clearly means the big one might be hidden. At that point it was obvious this place has SERIOUS HYGIENE AND PEST PROBLEMS. I rejected the room immediately. Between the mold, leakage damage, horrible smell, and cockroaches, this property is clearly a HEALTH RISK! I requested a refund directly from the property, but: -They never answered phone calls -They never replied to multiple emails -Even could not reach them This is completely unacceptable. Warning to other travelers: -A misleading "Suites" property that feels like a scam. -The rooms are dirty, unsafe, and not suitable for human living. -The property is unresponsive when problems occur.
