The property is very well kept and the staff are constantly tidying up and cleaning. The staff are friendly and did their best to accommodate us and our lack of Japanese language skills. The building is really cool and has a little courtyard in the middle. It’s also a perfect central location close to public transit, food, shopping, etc. I highly recommend paying for the breakfast option there. Nothing.

The experience was very pleasant, the staff were very kind, we really liked the traditional bath section, and overall the facilities and location were great.
