The location, safety, and parking were good, but the room had ants on the nightstand and in the bathroom—both live and dead—and the cleaning was poor; there was hair from a previous guest on the bathroom floor and all over the couch.

I was really happy with my stay at this place. The hotel feels upscale and modern, and the waterfalls right as you walk in instantly set a nice tone. The open layout lets you see the different floors and room doors, giving the property a unique vibe. Breakfast was a highlight, with a buffet of continental items and extra options that made mornings enjoyable. The spot is ideal if you’re heading to Disneyland, Knott’s Berry Farm, or a local sports event; I used to play AAU basketball and thought this would be a perfect team hotel. Plenty of space for everyone, and the atmosphere is welcoming for parents too. Several softball teams were staying here, adding to the family-friendly feel, and we met folks from all over the country who were friendly. The layout naturally encourages conversation without feeling crowded. Overall, the hotel was very clean, the staff kind and helpful, and the whole property had a warm atmosphere. I’d definitely return, especially for a family trip, tournament, or a visit to the nearby theme parks. I did run into a maintenance issue in my room, but the front desk handled it and accommodated me for the inconvenience.
