The spot was gorgeous and tranquil, right in the heart of the Dutch countryside, and the rooms were immaculate and supremely comfy. The only hiccup was that we didn’t realize the accommodation was on the upper floor – the staircase is steep – which could be a problem for people with mobility issues, though it wasn’t an issue for us.

The setting is lovely, the facilities are excellent, and the staff are welcoming. The breakfast was fantastic and the bed was great – overall, a huge recommendation! There was nothing that didn’t please us.

The breakfast was tasty and healthy, but a bit more cheese variety and a touch more fruit would have made it perfect; we’re not big fans of charcuterie, though we were satisfied with what was offered.
