How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
I booked two queen beds online and the process was smooth, but when I got to the hotel I only received one queen bed. I asked why the second wasn’t provided and was told it was optional and no other rooms were available, which left me disappointed. I’m not going back to any Candlewood again because it seems customers can choose two queens but the hotel decides what they actually get.

The location was close to where I needed to be, but the room had a strong odor and I had to spray air freshener to make it tolerable.

a) Beds were good. b) Place was really nice. a) Room was ready after we reached there around 3.40PM. b) Shower in bathroom did not work. Staff are aware of this already and still allocated it. c) Body Wash soap was finished and not refilled
