I booked the room with my debit card but intended to pay in cash. When I arrived, the pool was closed and the receptionist said that because I hadn’t paid yet she could cancel my reservation. So I went to a different hotel with a pool nearby. Two weeks later I saw my card was charged for the room at Super 8, even though I never stayed there, and I can’t get any help from Super 8 or Wyndham to sort it out.

The place was clean, quiet, and overall pleasant—nothing to complain about.

The hotel offered premium movie channels and friendly staff, but the lighting was poor, rooms felt outdated, and the microwave and refrigerator were dirty. Breakfast was disappointing, giving the place a dingy motel vibe.
