I was told the villa was exclusive to guests, but reaching the owner during check‑in proved difficult. The photos online didn't match reality; there were many animals in the room and we were bitten. The room felt damp, making the sheets wet, and the bathroom had used soap with residue from other guests. There was no hot water in the shower.
