The key pad on the door was broken, so we got locked out of the room right away and had to wait for someone to unlock it. The air conditioner was on its last legs and couldn’t cool the room. It was insanely loud all night and then shut off completely. The AC was falling out of the wall and ants were crawling in. The ceiling fan was broken. It was uncomfortably hot all night.

The spot was spot on, but the place could use a little TLC on cosmetic things like touch‑up paint.

The location was great, yet the room wasn’t swept, vacuumed, or mopped and there was urine in the toilet; it also needed new paint and caulk, and the bed linens were probably not fresh. Blood droplets were on the floor near the bathroom, making it definitely not worth the price. Check‑in was difficult, and this is the first negative experience I’ve had after many years of booking through the same platform. Suntan Terrace nearby, where we stayed in June, makes this place look like a Motel 6. I took a video, but the platform won’t let me upload it; there’s one picture below showing all the walls and baseboards.

I love Casey Key and Nokomis Beach, and the property being on the beach side was a plus; the bed was comfortable. However, the ceiling fan didn’t work, there was water on the floor outside the bathroom when I arrived, the shower drain was poor, and the bathroom had no space to store your things.

Die Lage war perfekt und es gab kostenlose Liegen und Schirme am Strand, aber ein Toaster hat uns gefehlt.
