Clean, quiet, and generally good service from the staff, especially Ms. Razan and Mr. Ahmed at reception, but I would suggest serving coffee and food on a prepared table or a set dish instead of handing each item separately.

From the moment we were welcomed at reception to the time we left, everything was great: check‑in was easy, payment could be done on site, and we were greeted on National Day with a welcoming ceremony and refined hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel; their service is elegant, clean, and responsive. I liked that breakfast could be delivered to the room, they offered a free coffee service and fruit plate all day, and when I requested a child’s bed for a six‑year‑old, they supplied a full bed with all accessories at no extra cost. I also asked for a late checkout and they accommodated the request warmly. I rate them 1000000/1000000. No negatives.
