We loved the family room – the bed was comfy, and the pool and gym were great. Most staff were helpful, but the baby cot was so hard that the carpet underneath felt more comfortable, and the breakfast wasn’t warm.

Sentralt – friendly service and excellent help, good bed, English breakfast. The ventilation was bad; there was no way to air out because the window stayed permanently shut.

I travelled for work and the reception wouldn’t issue a proper tax invoice. Even after contacting them multiple times I received no response, which made the service very bad and not recommended for business travelers.

This place works. It’s clean, the staff are enthusiastic and kind, the health spa/pool is great, and the food is great – can’t knock it. It’s so nice and I’d highly recommend it to families, especially with the pool and great food setup. They’re missing a trick by not topping up what they offer to families – add a kids corner with a few board games, a console, and some crayons and they’ll have nailed it.
