The view and quiet, family‑friendly location were lovely, and the manager was very friendly and helpful. I was a bit disappointed with the food—its quality didn’t match the price. The place is far from the city and shops.
Everything was beautiful, just a short walk from the medieval village.
The staff were very friendly and the restaurant offered good food. The room was comfortable, and the location was beautiful and quiet—great for families. The only downside was the room cleaning; there were a few extra ants.

The hotel is quiet and the staff are generally good (though not all). I was surprised to find that both the pool service and the on‑site parking are paid extras that weren’t disclosed at check‑in; a barely visible sign outside made it unacceptable. This makes the price‑quality ratio high. Knowing this, I would have booked something closer to Caserta center. The shower was clogged and overall the room wasn’t very clean; the TV signal was poor on the day I stayed. The location is inconvenient for Caserta, about a 15‑minute drive.
