“Expérience”
The staff were friendly and always ready to help. Breakfast was full and varied, though very Indonesian. The hotel has a great restaurant and café. Rooms were large and close together. The Wi‑Fi was spotty, and the biggest frustration was the lack of power outlets in the room – the only working one was the TV outlet, so we had to move the big piece of furniture to reach it.

The location was fantastic right in the center of Malang and the building itself was unique. The room was nice and roomy, with enough space to store your belongings. It was great that there was a door between the neighboring rooms, so we basically had one large room. Water, coffee and tea were available in the room and were refilled. I would definitely book this hotel again if I ever return to Malang. The bathroom was not very clean and was old. When we arrived for breakfast at 9.00 am, much of it was already gone.

The location was convenient. The pool was nice. The staff were very kind.

The rooms were spacious and the bedding comfortable. The spot was excellent, just a block from a lively street full of restaurants. It’s a short walk from the colorful Jodipan village and the Heritage village with old Dutch houses. The staff were very helpful. The pool was pleasant, though you have to leave the building to get there. The bathroom lacked equipment – no shower curtains and nothing to put your stuff on.
