“It was truly nice.”
They made sure we had every little thing we could ask for, even the cook would check on us; I just wish there was an indoor or outdoor pool for families with kids.

Conveniently located near everything we needed, but the elevator was awful—someone spat on the glass and it stayed dirty the whole time.

The place wasn’t very clean.

Nothing good; everything was bad.

Nothing good at all. The jetted tub blew cold air when on, so I barely used it, and the view was terrible—just utility poles and a building. I paid over $300 for a room with tape on the ceiling and a “sex candy wrapper” on the floor, and there was almost no body wash or hand soap, so I had to use the single drop of shampoo that was there. I couldn’t request a different room because they were all booked. The breakfast omelet tasted stale, the sausage was rubbery, and the bagel was old. We won’t be back; we could have stayed down the street for a better view and cheaper price.
