Ideal spot, just steps from Foligno’s center and a five‑minute walk to the train station.

The location is ideal for those preparing for military exams and for its proximity to restaurants and shops.

They welcomed me at 20.15, the owner was very kind, the room is simple yet has all essentials, everything brand new, incredibly clean—something not taken for granted. In the city center, I had no trouble parking twice in the evening. Also, although not officially wheelchair‑accessible, I, who use a wheelchair, had no issues getting to the accommodation; from the street to the entrance there are no architectural barriers. The elevator, located on the lobby floor without extra stairs, though dated, allows a wheelchair 58/59 wide and 70‑72 cm deep. The room itself was spacious enough for me to use the bathroom without problems, even with a raised shower. Top.

The girl who welcomed us was friendly and helpful, arranging early check‑in and giving us many useful tips for our stay. The room was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. The location is super convenient, just a walk from the station and close to the city center and tourist spots. The only issue was a step to enter the bathroom that wasn’t clearly marked, making it a bit dangerous; also the room’s glass door let light from the entrance leak in.
