Everything. The only downside was that they didn’t have a breakfast buffet and the pool closed very early.

“Ein traumhaftes Hotel - ideal für Touren zum Mount Bromo”

A very modern and beautiful hotel in the Bromo area, where tours to Mount Bromo are also offered. Unfortunately, our trip was cancelled because the Bromo zone was closed due to fire. We received a full refund for the tour, and when we left at 02:00, we even caught a breakfast. The dining room felt a bit cool.

“Fantastic, but...”

I liked the location. It is quiet and serene and far away from civilization! The staff are top-notch, cannot expect more from anyone. The grounds were beautifully done, the heated pool definitely a major plus. The bed, super comfy and large, the shower, powerful and hot. One thing is the room is not centrally heated. You have to ask for a small heater and is difficult to warm up the whole room. The food was a major disappointment. I had a burger (not too bad), Fish & chips were.not good at all. Standard restaurant fries and the fish was three small, flat, and rubbery pieces. Also, the sweet & sour chicken was, well interesting. The pieces were like old shoe leather, barely edible. If you want to watch any TV, forget it. The youtube channel would freeze after 30s and then say 'This video not available.' Frustrating. Movies were mostly local or German with no English subtitles; luckily I speak German but still. Improve the food, get a bigger room heater, maybe fix the TV options and I could give 10/10
