“Muy deficiente”
The rooms were clean and the floor was tidy. The directions to enter the accommodation were poor; I had to try for a while before figuring out how it worked. The bathroom cleaning seemed extremely sparse, not to mention the shower curtains were broken and the alcoves were extremely old. I was disgusted. The mattresses and pillows were also very old. The hair dryer was almost nonexistent in power. The location is fine during the day, but at night there’s a lot of noise from the bars in the area. And be prepared to climb stairs… the apartment is at the very top of the tallest tower.
I stayed in winter and there was no heating, so I was left in the cold.
The beds were good and the showers had plenty of hot water, plus there was a small kitchen and a washing machine; however the bathrooms were shared with toilets and sinks, we had to climb 10 flights of stairs, the staff spoke no English, we had to pay €5 for each extra towel, and the location was noisy almost all night.
The location was fine. There was no Wi‑Fi, no towel, and the address given was wrong; we spent half a day looking for it.

I was disappointed because I couldn't bring my luggage up to the apartment; the building has many floors and the stairs are dangerous, especially since the apartment is on the top floor and there's no elevator, so I gave up and was charged for the whole stay, then booked elsewhere.
