Apartments have kitchenettes, satellite TV, and furnished balconies. Amenities include a supermarket, snack bar, tennis court, and table tennis. Paved terraces and pebble beaches offer sunbathing and relaxation. Pula Airport is 11 km away.

How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
A wonderful stay very close to the sea. The complex was nice, the pool was never crowded. There was a shop where you could buy basic items right next to the restaurant. There’s a place to walk and spend a pleasant time. We were there for 4 full days and will definitely come back 🫶💜🫶

The location is fine, the service is fine. There are no dining venues, no entertainment, no car access to the accommodation for unloading luggage, few parking spots nearby, no access to many TV programs, poor sunbathing spots, no loungers or umbrellas.

There are several spots that give access to the sea, but there’s no structure to enter the water; the rocks are dangerous and sharp, and it was full of jellyfish. They can’t control that, but if the reception mentioned it, I would have felt more at ease since they’re not poisonous, just scary! The structure is old; for the price I expected something modern, which wasn’t the case. Not all staff were friendly, and if you don’t speak English they’re not very pleasant. The sea access could at least have a ladder and lifeguards for safety. I don’t recommend it and won’t return.

The location of the Florida house is very good, close to the sea (rocky). The entire property is aging, and the apartment’s equipment is also old. The price is far too high for that. We have been there several times before, mainly because of the location. Now that we’re retired, we can’t afford the price; our farewell was on 26.10.2026. There are no discounts for early or late season. The reception staff are very customer‑friendly.
