The location was decent, but nobody was at the front desk when I arrived. After a 15‑minute wait I had to search for someone to help me check in. The Wi‑Fi was down, the shower was broken – only cold water until the hot tap worked, then the water pressure dropped after 3 or 4 minutes. I tried contacting reception several times, but received no response. When I checked out, I was told the parking had to be arranged at the Stephen Green Q‑Park counter, but they claimed the previous system was no longer in place and that I needed to register beforehand. I called the accommodation repeatedly on site, but got nothing. I ended up paying a hefty parking fee. I sent multiple emails with the same details, yet never got an answer. The price‑quality ratio is definitely not acceptable.
