The entire house was massive with plenty of space, conveniently close to walking and dining areas. The semi‑traditional style and the huge bathroom with two toilets—one on each floor—were impressive. Yet the layout on the lower floor was chaotic for a house of this size; the living‑kitchen area, though large, became unusable once the massive central table with hard wooden chairs was added. Instead of the artistic iron structure, a comfortable sofa for relaxing, sipping drinks, chatting, and watching the big TV would have been better, but there was nothing. Kitchen accessories were minimal; everything was stylish but essential items were missing. Overall, the place looked great but lived‑in comfort was poor, and the most absurd thing was the absence of a washing machine in a large apartment designed for extended stays with balcony, garage, etc.
