“My forever home”
The service, sheets, privacy, concierge-level snacks, and shower were all excellent, and there was nothing to complain about.

The location was perfect, the beds were very comfortable, the place was clean, and the breakfast was excellent—made even better by Albert’s helpful and informative service. The only downside was that the bar closed at 11:00 every night; I could order room service, but I prefer to have a drink before bed.

I was blown away by the beauty of everything and the service was fantastic; I’ll definitely return.

The location is superb and there are plenty of amenities like the spa, fitness centre, and rooftop bar, but the club lounge floor feels more corporate than luxurious, and its food presentation and offerings fall far short of what I experienced at Nola or St Louis, which was disappointing.

The environment, food, and drinks were all great, yet the room cleaning was poor because they left the food set on the side even after we reported it.
