“Quarto de não fumante com fedor de cigarro muito forte!”

I booked a room with a huge extra bed, sauna, large bathtub, and non‑smoking. When I opened the door I could smell cigarette smoke everywhere. The front desk moved me to a smaller room with a smaller bed and didn’t refund the difference. The woman was going to refund me, but another person nearby stopped her. I had breakfast included in my reservation, but they never mentioned it; I had to ask and request it.

This is essentially a love hotel: a big room with many amenities. The catch is you never get a key—you have to call every time you want to leave the room.

Parking is easy and access is straightforward. We didn’t realize it’s meant for couples who want to get busy in bed; the check‑in had too many unnecessary questions, and the duvet was too hot. I had to ask for a cooler blanket.
