“Very happy with our 2 day stay.”
The host was friendly and gracious, and the location is quiet yet only a short drive to town. Street signage could be clearer to make finding the place easier.

The stay was cozy and offered good value for a two‑night visit. The downside was the limited crockery and utensils if you wanted to cook on site.

The setting was delightful and rustic in a beautiful natural environment, comfortable and homely, with an easy walk to the Halls Gap centre. I had trouble locating the correct dwelling because the numbering was confusing, and street lighting could be improved since it was hard to find the home after dark.

The spot is great for its location, the view, and easy access, and the hosts are generous. There are plenty of blankets, which I really needed, and the shower has good water pressure. It does feel a bit dated, the power points are scattered everywhere for cooking, and it’s draughty, but it’s cheaper than most places.

The room was easy to heat and the location was convenient. It could use a bit more cleanliness, and the mattress in the second bedroom felt lumpy.
