I expected a double room with a lounge, but we ended up with a king room that had a balcony, which made it hard to manage a toddler. The photos were misleading, and the staff at Stirling promised to look into it but never did.

The bed was comfy, the bathroom was huge and luxurious, and I loved the gas heater. I would have liked the option to order coffee and breakfast to the room in the morning.

The room was nice and the bathroom amazing; food was just downstairs, but the chocolate, biscuits, and shared kitchenette were welcome inclusions. There was no clear sign indicating where to go for reception.

We loved the little kitchenette and its supplies; the room was lovely with great amenities. Unfortunately, my husband felt the mattress (window side, I think room 32) sagged toward the window, making him feel like he was rolling away from the centre; he mentioned this twice, at night and in the morning. I did not have a similar experience on the door side and slept well.
