“Would stay again for the price and convenience.”
Close to Shenandoah, easy on and off Rte 81. A little updating is needed: the bathroom door was chipped and the paint was peeling badly, and the pillows were horrible.

The location was good and I slept comfortably. There were issues with the room: the first room was damp, the AC was leaking, and after switching to a new room it had an odd smell but was better than the first.

The staff were friendly and the location was convenient, and breakfast was good, yet the room felt old and dated, the curtains and shades were broken so the windows couldn't be opened for light, the handicap shower was okay except the shower arm was loose and hard to hold, and the TV was out for a few hours while someone was fixing it.

The lobby was spotless and the staff were very friendly, but my bathroom lacked a light cover over the bulb, I only received two shampoos and no conditioner, and there were greasy footprints on the back of my bed.

Breakfast was fine, but the room smelled when we checked in and we asked for another room; it was on the 3rd floor and the bed was uncomfortable with a hole in the middle that kept sinking, making it impossible to sleep—if I had slept on a bench outside, it would have been better; the rooms should be clean and odorless like a proper hotel, and I will never stay here again.
