Beautiful hotel and the most f3inedly and helpful staff. Hot tub didn't get hot and even though they checked it multiple times they said it was working but it stayed cold. Wind 2as blamed for it not heating up

The staff were lovely and very friendly, the bar was nice, and the prices were good.

The welcome and service were first-rate, and the poolside room was fabulous.

The location is good. The cleanliness was lacking: fingerprints on the shower walls, toilet doors, dust on the furniture. Cleaning, especially changing the sheets every three days (unless you request it), was insufficient. Checkout was too early at 11 am.
