The staff were very friendly and courteous, and the accommodation was clean. Unfortunately, there was no restaurant available.

The room was good, close to the beach, and breakfast was acceptable. The guy at reception was very friendly and the second staff member at the restaurant was also professional. The receptionist girl, however, showed unprofessionalism three times during our four‑night stay: first she demanded a towel deposit of 2000 ₽, we paid 5000 ₽ and she said no change, claiming she kept everything… We expected to pay the deposit later as we’d do in any other hotel. Second, my husband went to her because the safe wasn’t working; she looked at him, shrugged, and said “everything works, read the instructions and enter the code.” He tried, the safe still didn’t work, he went again, and only then did she bother to come, fiddled for over 10 minutes, and the safe still didn’t work. She made us feel foolish instead of checking or showing us the safe. In the end they replaced the safe and took about 30 minutes of our time. Unpleasant.

We spent three nights at this perfectly located hotel, tucked away from the noise of Ksamil beach clubs and restaurants yet only about 15 minutes on foot from the main tourist area. The hotel is also close to the prettiest Ksamil beaches and even provides beach towels. The property felt very modern, clean, and had its own private parking. Our room was well equipped, spacious, and very quiet. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the staff were truly lovely. A heavy storm hit on our last evening and lasted several hours, but we were allowed to order and eat on the hotel’s verandah. We did find the beds a bit uncomfortable, leaving us sore in the morning, but nothing that could not be handled.
