“Good hotel”
The location was good, the staff were very helpful, and the room size was perfect, though a maintenance issue caused noise. The bed made loud noises, and the furniture needs renovation.

Room 1421 on that floor had debris near the minibar as if it hadn’t been vacuumed properly. Staff should only knock on doors marked “clean room”; otherwise guests are disturbed. Cleaning times were inconsistent—after leaving the hotel in the morning and returning in the afternoon the room was still unclean, so housekeeping needs improvement. I waited too long in the ground‑floor bar to be served; other guests arrived after us, so I had to raise my hand to get staff’s attention while they chatted behind the bar. The ironing board was cheaply made and flimsy; even with a heat‑resistant cover, grill marks appeared on clothes after pressing, which doesn’t match the luxury the hotel claims. I had to keep asking for water, a basic commodity.
