A gem! This was our second visit to the Cozy Cactus. The place is charming and whimsical, each room decorated in a Southwestern theme. We stayed in the Cowboy Suite, which is spacious, has a comfy bed, is well equipped, and immaculate. The red rock views from the back are breathtaking. I loved having my coffee each morning by the gas outdoor fire pit with those Red Rock views! The new owners are attentive and friendly. We will return!

The spot is spot on—quiet, off‑downtown Sedona, but the views are stunning with red rocks just outside the door. Jaimie was a perfect hostess, super knowledgeable and gave great recommendations. Everything else was flawless.

Jamie was amazing, the place looked beautiful, and my girlfriend and I had a blast—we’d definitely return. The only hiccup was the fridge being “off” when we got there, leaving a bit of water to clean up, but otherwise it was 5 stars.

The outdoor area offers beautiful views and plenty of seating, and we loved that a hiking trail starts right at the back door. The Courthouse itself has many amenities and comfy beds, and the hosts went above and beyond—note, snacks, and wine on arrival—making our stay special. We’ll definitely come back.
