The staff’s hospitality was wonderful. Even though check‑in was later than scheduled, they cleared the elevator for me and bowed with a “いってらっしゃいませ” until the door closed, which felt very comforting. The breakfast area was thoughtfully arranged, and the front desk staff didn’t show any reluctance when I asked to store my luggage after checkout, giving me plenty of reasons to stay again. No complaints.

Being close to Nissan Stadium made the stay convenient. Before check‑in, I could already start the registration process and drop off my luggage, even though I couldn’t enter the room yet.

The front desk staff were friendly both when I arrived and left, which was great. When slippers were missing from the room, I had to go back to the reception to get them; if they had just left them in the luggage, it would have been easier.
