The accommodation was a charming, welcoming spot; the host was incredibly friendly, and it was touching that even the children helped with our towels and the key, giving a real family‑farm vibe that we, as family‑business owners, appreciated. Breakfast was superb, featuring a lovely array of pastries, bread, and everything else we needed, plus freshly made scrambled eggs. The rooms were cozy, with a traditional farmhouse feel and beautiful views of the woods and mountains. The location was ideal for exploring the Lienz Dolomites, with plenty to see and do nearby, especially if you have a car. We felt very welcome and would highly recommend it. Everything was fine.

The welcome was warm, the breakfast delicious, the cake and coffee in the afternoon, and even the car battery was fixed – everything was perfect. The address and the people truly deserve a stay!

The house was a cozy family home in a picturesque mountain setting, easy to find despite the winding mountain road. The host greeted us warmly, the check‑in was quick, and we were offered coffee with homemade pastries right away. The room was comfortable, bright, functional, with a large balcony offering a fantastic view of the mountains. The internet worked well. The breakfast was great. The common kitchen has a coffee machine and a microwave, and excellent coffee is available at any time. After lunch the host treats guests to homemade pastries. The town has a supermarket and an automatic fuel station. There are many hiking trails of varying difficulty nearby. We lacked a refrigerator. The booking listed a refrigerator in the common kitchen, but there is none; instead there is a very small portable fridge in the room that holds three beer cans, cooling slowly and weakly.
