“Very pleasant.”
It was quiet and clean. Breakfast was good, and the staff were very friendly. I’ll stay here again.

The staff were friendly and the breakfast was really good. It was disappointing that the tip jar for the hardworking food servers was missing.

Breakfast was just okay. The food was cheap—cold egg omelets with nothing but velvet cheese inside. I’d prefer real silverware.

The spot is great, but I didn't get the room I had booked and the TV in the room wouldn't let me plug in my gaming system, so I had to buy a TV to use instead of the one that came with the room. The rooms aren’t very sound‑proof; we could hear everything around us, the stomping from the room above, and every time a door opened or closed it sounded like an explosion.

I was really impressed with the cleanliness of my room, but unfortunately, there was a huge mismatch between what I booked and what I got. I had specifically booked a king room with a sofa bed, but when I arrived, I was given a room with just a king bed, leaving my male coworker to sleep on the floor. I called the front desk to try and resolve the issue, but they insisted that I hadn't booked a sofa bed, even though it was clearly stated on my booking confirmation.
