How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
I’m not thrilled about the staff, but the hotel’s proximity to the airport is a plus. This was our third stay in Vietnam, and unlike the first two places where everyone was excessively friendly, here nobody ever smiled. Even the shuttle driver didn’t grin when my husband tipped him. If you’re looking for a spot near the airport, options are pretty limited.

The daily breakfast was solid, especially for someone who usually skips it—I actually looked forward to it every morning. There were plenty of choices, and the staff, particularly the lady chef, always greeted us with a cheerful “good morning” and “goodbye.” The only drawback was the hot lifts and the narrow passageways.

The location was great, just a short ride from the airport, but the property shows its age and some of the facilities feel a bit outdated.

Breakfast is very good. Staff are helpfull and friendly. 2 power outlets in the room didn't work. I had the hotel person fix one of them. It worked for the fixer when he wasbthere. Bit, it still didn't work for me later. The fridge didn't work onbthe first night. The fixer came to check and changed to a new one
