“Nahoş bir sürpriz”

The staff were helpful and did their job, yet the photos on the website were completely different from the room I received. The room has a sink, but I had to walk a two‑room distance to reach the toilet. If you’re selling a room that doesn’t meet normal standards, you should do everything possible to inform guests. The room’s standards were quite disappointing.

Even though the breakfast room is cramped, the buffet had a wide range of high‑quality items, including fresh fruit salad, homemade egg salad, and a huge selection of cold cuts that were tasty. You could choose how you wanted your egg and it was prepared specially. The location is excellent—if you’re coming by train (5 min from Bhf Dammtor) or heading to the fair (max 15–20 min on foot). For this central spot it’s very quiet because the hotel sits on a quiet side street. The rooms are somewhat noisy—when the neighbor was showering I could hear the water rushing as if it were in my room. The Wi‑LAN was weak and often had almost no connection. I found the bed to be hard like a board, which is a personal preference but could be a problem for some.

“Good for what it is.”

Very clean, friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bed. Decent breakfast. The wifi didn’t work in the bedroom. Tiny bathroom. Expensive for the level of facilities
