What a wonderful stay! The onsen was fantastic, the crew was lovely, the food was amazing, and the rooms were spacious. There’s also a massage option that I booked and enjoyed. My highlights were dinner and breakfast – everything you need is included. Nothing to complain about. I will be back!

The room was lovely and well laid out, and the onsen was amazing. It’s a little hard to get there without a car, but a taxi can be taken from Nakashibetsu.

We had a great time experiencing the onsen at this hotel, which offers plenty of opportunities to relax and enjoy quality time with your partner. The property is quite large, and we were unfortunately assigned a room that was a bit far from the main facilities, but that's just the way it goes sometimes.
