The hotel sits in a fantastic spot, just a short walk to the metro that drops you into central Shanghai in minutes, and it's also close to the French Concession with its tree‑lined streets that feel like Parisian avenues. The beds were comfy and the place stayed quiet, which mattered a lot to me because I’m a bad sleeper. Breakfast was outstanding, a blend of Asian and European dishes cooked fresh in front of you by the chefs. I’d strongly recommend this place to any traveler and would gladly return. The only downside was that the room got a bit chilly in the evenings; the staff couldn’t adjust the temperature, so they sent me extra blankets instead.
