“No lo recomiendo”
We chose this bungalow because it was only 30 minutes from Puy du Fou. The bungalow was in terrible condition, old and deteriorated, and we found a swarm of ants. The bathroom and kitchen furniture were in bad shape. The shower screen was 5 centimetres higher than the shower tray, so water always spilled out, and the drain didn’t work. The accommodation was very poorly cleaned. To make matters worse, after we left the host sent an extra €50 cleaning charge, claiming the camp manager had to intervene. They alleged there were hairs in the shower drain, the toilet was dirty, the bed linens weren’t folded for the next guest, we left dishes outside the cabinet because they were wet and we didn’t want to wet the wood, and there was a small stain in the kitchen area. I refused to pay and Booking sided with me. In short, if the host intervenes you get charged €50, and the host claims they maintain high standards, which is not true.
