“Would definitely recommend to stay here!”
Great location! The hotel restaurant was absolutely delicious, and the staff were very friendly.
“Great Hotel”
I was thoroughly impressed with Ernesto at the front desk, who went above and beyond to make my stay great. Unfortunately, the rest of my experience was somewhat lacking, as everything else was just "great" without any notable highlights.
“Wonderful accomodations, difficult to figure out”
I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. On the plus side, the location was ideal, being just half a block away from the event I was attending, and my room was very comfortable. However, I found it challenging to get service, particularly when trying to order room service - the TV menu didn't provide a straightforward way to place an order or a clear phone number to call.
“Malfunctioning facilities and unresponsive staff in a disability room is unacceptable”
I recently stayed in an ADA room at this hotel, but unfortunately, it fell short of expectations. The toilet handle broke off, and despite my requests to have it fixed, nothing was done. I had to get my hand wet to flush the toilet, which was frustrating. The hallway light was also out, and the desk area had poor lighting, but housekeeping kindly moved a floor lamp for me. However, the shower head and hand-held shower didn't work properly, which was a major issue for me.
“Great hotel. Loved the convenience and amenities, but it's pricey”
I was blown away by the beautiful hotel, its superb art collection, and the friendly, helpful staff. The breakfasts at the hotel restaurant were also excellent, and the location was perfect for exploring Denver's art museums. However, the room rate was way too expensive, and I was shocked to discover that others were able to get a much lower rate, which the desk staff couldn't explain.
