Only having one elevator is the downside, but given the price and location I don't feel the need to complain—just my personal view.

The dining staff are excellent, but during peak times for breakfast, lunch, and dinner the single elevator makes the wait feel endless.

I've known this place for years and it’s average, but staying here has been worse for reasons I can’t explain; the service isn’t the same. The decor is lacking.
