Location: close to the island’s main port, still a quiet corner. Pool: ideal for families. Bar service and staff friendliness: always helpful. Great breakfast. Restaurant: not a real restaurant, just a quick fix.

Breakfast was superb, a wide range of fresh sweet and savory items. Panoramic view over the northern Kea bay, facing the port; very windy but beautiful. Pool welcoming for singles and families alike. Staff super‑kind and available. Showers lose water: for a 5‑star suite that’s unacceptable. Mattresses could be better. Pillows too soft. Room cleaning was rough (dead flies on windows), beds were only set up right.

“Very pleasant stay in Kea”

Nice friendly family-run hotel. The staff does everything to make you feel at home. Large villas, well embedded in the landscape. Nice swimming pool

The whole property is nice and well‑maintained. Hotel staff were friendly, rooms clean and well equipped, and breakfast had many options and was very good. It would be nice if the hotel set up a beach area for guests.

“Nur für Kurzurlaub zu empfehlen”

Close to town, nice pool, great breakfast. Reception was very helpful. Despite three complaints, dirty pillows were not replaced and were repeatedly put back in the bed. Dirty towels were found in the bathroom, and pool chairs were not cleaned. We booked half‑board, the staff didn’t try hard, took the order and never returned after serving. Drinks were charged without prior notice. On the 5th day a bill suddenly appeared with water charges. In the end, they refunded the drinks we hadn’t signed for. Breakfast is great. The hotel beach is very untidy and the sea is dirty. Other beaches are more recommended. Worth it for a short trip.
