“Beautiful cottage, spectacular surroundings and wonderful walks.”

I stayed in a charming little cottage tucked into an amazing setting, complete with an indoor fireplace that came with wood and firelighters – a lovely touch. The walking trails were clearly marked and easy to follow, especially with the map from their website. We also appreciated the Bushman paintings, the nearby Gin Smith tasting, the profusion of flowers in July, and the friendly host.

The place was a truly beautiful, peaceful retreat. The cosy cottages sit atop a mountain where nobody can find you – it felt like heaven! Nothing could be said to improve it.

“The perfect place to unwind.”

The location is just wonderful. I stayed in the pump house, and the view, serenity, nature, quietness, and occasional wildlife were amazing. I loved being out on the mountain, and the host was very friendly. The hike to the Totempools and seeing the galaxy at night were the highlights. There is no electricity or lights in the house, so bring a powerbank. A good working fridge is available, but there are no shops on the mountain.
