“Zu warmes Zimmer trotz Klimaanlage.”
The room was clean, but being right in the nightlife zone meant that by 8:30 am the breakfast spot was full. The filter on the free dryer also needed regular cleaning.

The location was great, with a convenience store and many shops nearby, and it was also close to Rakuten Department Store, plus they offered luggage storage. The bathroom lacked any hook or shelf for clothes, and even though the shower floor slopes away, water still splashed onto the tiled area by the sink; the staff and other guests could have explained the quirks more clearly, but because of a language barrier at check‑in they only gave us a brief heads‑up and left the rest to us, which felt inconsistent in how guests were treated.

The location was excellent, the room was spacious, very nice and welcoming, fully equipped with everything needed and an excellent welcome kit. There was nothing else to mention; the breakfast could have been a bit richer and more varied.

The room was comfortable, but breakfast was very basic and cold, with no hot dishes available.

The room was very good and the location was excellent, with friendly and proper staff. The breakfast area was too small for all the guests, so we had to wait a while standing to eat, and the hours felt limited as well.
