“Gave Room to someone else despite our Booking”
Nothing. We have already booked the room from this platform but when we reached the location they told us that they have given or room to someone else already. There we are give that how they can give the room someone else as despite be have already booked it. Then they said be the arrange a room in some another hotel and you can come back tomorrow to stay in and hotel for 2nd day. This type of behaviour is quite irresponsible. Then I asked them to cancel the stay they said they won't cancel then I have to only cancel this day otherwise my payment would be deducted on this platform. Then they said that you go for free cancellation policy and we will accept your policy. Then like that everything happened
The spot was convenient, though the price for a family room was steep.
The Wi‑Fi went down late at night, the room lacked a window cleaner, and the bathroom lock was a little broken, but the room itself looked nice. The location was great, yet the service left something to be desired. The side hotel offered food delivery, glasses, and water, but they also shared water with us and there were no glasses at all.
