The location was good, but the elevators were slow and the staff were not very friendly. Everything felt cramped, and the gym was ridiculously small with unhelpful staff.

The room was clean, but the breakfast was awful and the breakfast lounge was terrible. The chairs at the entrance were so bad they couldn't sit on them, stained, and the lobby and common areas were filthy. The gym had only two machines, was at -1, windowless, and only 9 m². Some front‑desk staff were expressionless, unfriendly, and had a grim look. The first room we got faced the back wall and fire stairs, was dark, and the first floor was bleak; we convinced them to change it, and they did (they told us to leave luggage at 12, pick it up at 15, and take it to the room).

The front‑desk lady was very friendly and explained the procedures when we arrived early; the brunette was kind, and the breakfast lady with blonde hair was also very helpful and made a difference. The room was small and I expected something nicer for the price, but it was okay.
