The location and the warmth of the hosts were great, but the price feels high for the level of facilities offered; the rooms are fine, the bathrooms are small, and you can hear everything happening in the neighboring rooms.

“Quaint, comfortable, quiet stay just a 15-20 minute walk to downtown.”

The room was very comfortable, and I had very limited interaction with staff due to early departures, yet I was greeted warmly upon arrival and given all the details I needed for my stay; I couldn't eat breakfast because of the timing, but the host kindly offered me a go‑away option, and homemade cookies were a nice touch. I liked everything; it was a great stay!

The room was comfortable, breakfasts were great, and the people were friendly and helpful; the location is quiet and a pleasant walk to downtown. We plan to return to the Cheshire Cat when we visit Santa Barbara.
