The stay was excellent: the staff were friendly and very helpful, the place was spotless, and the bed was super comfortable—couldn’t ask for more. There was nothing to dislike.

The location was excellent; our room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast and the Italian restaurant 1931 were outstanding. The double glazing was poor, so the room was quite noisy from the street, and a mini fridge would have been useful; we also had to call reception a couple of times because the coffee pods and milk weren’t refilled.
